About Us

We at the Development Authority of Bryan County welcome you to Bryan County.
The Development Authority of Bryan County is working to bring business and industry to our
County. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life by promoting economically and
environmentally sound development. Because of our efforts, Bryan County now has much to
offer in the form of opportunities for new businesses and industry and for availability of jobs.
In 1998, we began the process of development of an industrial park with 272 acres and have
now expanded to over 1000 acres.

Interstate Centre is located at the intersection of US Highway 280 and Interstate 16. Our first
tenant (Oracal) held their groundbreaking in February 2005. Interstate Centre has an
electrical sub-station on site so three-phase electricity is readily available. Additionally, the
Interstate Centre has a wastewater treatment facility and a 500,000-gallon per day elevated
water tower on site. We also have natural gas, fiber optics and a County Fire Station in the
Park.

We have a Class A park and our tenants, who have a combined total of approximately 500
employees, are Oracal USA, a manufacturer of adhesive film used in advertising; Oneida
distribution facility (tableware); DKW Logistics, distributor of Kawasaki recreational equipment;
Daniel Defense, a small arms manufacturer; Dicon Technologies, a research and
development company and Bluebell Creameries.

You are always welcome to ask questions about our programs. Simply call Josh Fenn, the
Executive Director at 912-653-4967 or visit our website at www.bryancountyga.com. Please
feel free to drive through the industrial park at any time. The park is open to all of our citizens.
