pad ready with water, sewer, electricity, gas, and fiber optics on
site. There is also a ready mix concrete plant located at the back of
the park providing quick availability for future construction.

297 Acre Tract adjoining Interstate Centre
In addition to the
existing Interstate Centre, the Development Authority has recently
purchased an additional 297 adjoining acres of land east of the park
offering the potential for placement of several large facilities. We
presently have roadway and other infrastructure at the border to this
tract and can readily extend it. This portion will become part of the

Interstate Centre Phase II
Across Highway 280
from the Interstate Centre and also at Exit 143 of I-16, we have
recently purchased approximately 500 acres. We are in the process of
installing the infrastructure through extension of water and sewer to
this tract and will be showing this property to interested clients in
partnership with Technology Park Atlanta who will be doing the developing. This tract will be known as Interstate Centre Phase II.

Reka Tract
We also have a
59.48 acre industrial tract located 4.5 miles west of Pembroke at the
intersection of Highway 280 and Bacontown Road. The tract is parallel
to rail and has natural gas, electricity and telecommunications readily
available. A decentralized water and sewer system would be the best
