If you are looking for the perfect location, there are a number of excellent reasons
to consider Bryan County, Georgia. Interstate 16 crosses the northern part of the county and I-95 runs through the southern part, plus we're well-connected to global markets - less than 30 minutes from a major airport and the international sea port of Savannah. In fact, other major ports including Charleston, Brunswick, and Jacksonville are short drives via interstate highways.
Bryan County is unique in that one-third of the County is occupied by Fort Stewart, an Army installation and home of the 3rd Infantry Division (Mechanized). This separation has resulted in two major communities with diverse dynamics. Pembroke, the county seat, is located in the northern third of the county and is more rural; Richmond Hill, in the southern third of the county, is more populated and boasts many residential subdivisions acting as a bedroom community to Savannah.
We have a number of locations suitable for business and industrial use in Bryan County. Our Interstate Centre park located at Exit 143 of I-16 is rapidly developing and expanding and we are in the development stage for Belfast Business Center adjacent to I-95 near Richmond Hill. Please review what we have to offer under the Industrial Sites tab.
