MATSON LOGISTICS SIGNS LEASE FOR DISTRIBUTION FACILITY AT INTERSTATE CENTRE
- Press Release Sep 21, 2011 - Steve Croy, Chairman of the Development Authority of Bryan County
announced today that Matson Logistics has signed a lease for 130,000 SF of the 605K SF crossdock
speculative building located at the Interstate Centre. Croy stated "We are excited Matson Logistics
has chosen our community and Interstate Centre for its new facility to support their Savannah operations.
We work very hard to provide the best business environment for logistics companies looking to use Georgia
Ports to locate with us. Matson is a name brand in the Third-Party Logistics Community and will help Bryan
County attract more jobs and investment because of their confidence in our business environment. We feel
strongly that it is important that Bryan County be viewed as a community that welcomes those willing to
make capital investments for the creation of jobs for our citizens and are very pleased to have Matson Logistics

INTERSTATE CENTRE AWARDED GRAD STATUS BY STATE!
The Interstate Centre was awarded a certification of GRAD status on 9-24-10 by the Georgia Department of
Economic Development. This is one of only 8 sites in the state that has this highly coveted status. GRAD
(Georgia Ready for Accelerated Development) status means that this park meets all standards required
