Oct 2, 2009 - The Development Authority of Bryan County along with other local officials welcomed Blue Bell Creameries to the Interstate Centre during a ribbon cutting ceremony. The 102 year old company is based in Brenham, Texas and have been marketing their products in the Savannah area since 2001.  Grand Opening and Ribboncutting for Daniel Defense - May 29, 2009 The Development Authority is proud to announce that Daniel Defense held their grand opening and ribboncutting recently. U.S. Rep Jack Kingston, R-Ga, was the keynote speaker at the event. Other speakers included Marty Daniel, President of Daniel Defense and Dr. Kathy Love, President of Savannah Technical College.
