Oracal USA: Oracal has recently completed a $20 million expansion at the Interstate Centre. This expansion adds an additional 90,000 SF of warehouse space to the existing 243,000 SF manufacturing facility.
- DICON Technologies: The Development Authority is proud to announce that DICON Technologies of Allendale, NJ has completed constructiion of a 30,000 SF manufacturing and warehouse facility to house their manufacturing facility that is currently located in China. The company is a research and development firm involved in the making of medical and cosmetics foam products and have recently received a U.S. military contract for manufacturing of wound dressings.

Daniel Defense: Daniel Defense held their grand opening of their 37,000 SF facility on May 28, 2009 This company has started manufacturing military weapon components at the facility and are planning a second building soon.They currently have 70 employees.

Interstate Centre II: 54 acres of the original 500 acre IC II tract has been purchased by TPA Realty Services and a 605,000 SF cross dock spec facility has been constructed and is ready for a tenant. The facility can be expanded or divided into multiple facilities to suit tenant's needs.

Blue Bell Creameries completed the contruction of a Transfer Station in Interstate Centre I in Oct 2009 and commenced operations. They employ 6-8 individuals.
